Being a member in Tower Hamlets
By joining Neighbourhood Watch as above you automatically become a member of Neighbourhood Watch in Tower Hamlets, no need to join again. However, the local police use OWL to communicate with the public. We encourage you to join this to get connected with local policing issues.
